Welcome to Code Clash — a multiplayer coding arena where knowledge, speed and accuracy determine who takes the crown. Choose your battle, answer the questions and outscore your opponent.
Become the host, choose your coding category, difficulty and number of questions, then create your private battle room.
Once your battle is created, share the room code with your opponent so they can enter your arena.
Answer quickly, earn points and use your skills to finish the battle on top.
Select CREATE BATTLE from the home screen. Enter your player name and configure your battle settings. A unique room code will be generated for your game.
Select JOIN BATTLE, enter your player name and the room code supplied by the host. You will enter the lobby and wait for the battle to begin.
Battles can contain coding questions from categories such as C#, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Classic ASP and AJAX.
Once the required players are ready, the host starts the battle. The questions then begin and the real competition starts.
Each round presents a coding question with multiple possible answers. Read the question carefully, examine any code provided and select the answer you believe is correct.
Speed matters. The faster you correctly answer a question, the sooner you can move on to the next challenge. Once an answer is submitted, it cannot be changed.
Some questions test programming concepts, while others require you to understand code, SQL queries, output, syntax or database behaviour.
Correct answers award points according to the difficulty of the question. Incorrect answers do not award points. The player with the highest final score wins the battle.
Questions are timed. Keep your focus and avoid spending too long on a difficult question.
Consecutive correct answers keep your momentum going and make every round more exciting.
Don't rush blindly. A fast wrong answer is still a wrong answer. Balance speed with accuracy.
Questions may include code snippets, query results, syntax challenges and programming concepts.
Code Clash is ultimately about one thing: outthinking your opponent.
